Wir suchen engagierte Bloggerinnen und Blogger, die Spaß daran haben, am 10. November über die Ausrufung der Europäischen Republik live auf Europa.blog zu bloggen!

Initiativen aus 14 EU-Ländern haben mittlerweile zugesagt, sich am European Balcony Project am 10. November 2018 zu beteiligen. Dann wird zeitgleich von allen beteiligten Initiativen um Punkt 16 Uhr die Europäische Republik ausgerufen – wenn auch vorerst nur symbolisch.

14 EU-Mitgliedsländer – das ist die Hälfte aller Mitgliedsländer. Und es ist großartig, dass darunter auch das Brexit-Land Großbritannien ist und auch die Länder Ungarn und Polen, deren Regierungen sich zuletzt sehr von der gemeinsamen europäischen Idee entfremdet haben.

Das European Balcony Project (mehr dazu hier) will mit dem Ausruf einer Europäischen Republik ein sicht- und hörbares Signal setzten, um den Prozess der Überwindung der Nationalstaaten und des gleichzeitigen politischen Zusammenwachsens Europas voranzubringen.

Wir wollen die Vielfalt der Initiativen, die sich an dem Projekt beteiligen, sichtbar machen. Deshalb wird Europa.blog die Ausrufung der Europäischen Republik mit einem Liveblog begleiten. Dazu brauchen wir SIE / EUCH vor Ort!

Wer also in der Nachbarschaft einer der Initiativen wohnt und Lust hat über die Ausrufung der Europäischen Republik live zu bloggen, der ist herzlich willkommen.

We are looking for dedicated bloggers who enjoy blogging live on 10 November about the European Republic’s proclamation!

Initiatives from 14 EU countries have now agreed to participate in the European Balcony Project on 10 November 2018. Then the European Republic will be proclaimed simultaneously by all participating initiatives at 4 p.m. – even if only symbolically for the time being.

14 EU member states – that is half of all member states. And it is great that among them is the Brexit country Great Britain and also the countries Hungary and Poland, whose governments have recently become very unfamiliar with the common European idea.

The European Balcony Project (more on this here) wants to set a clearly signal with the proclamation of a European Republic in order to advance the process of overcoming the nation states and at the same time the political growing together of Europe.

We want to make the variety of initiatives that participate in the project visible. Europa.blog will therefore accompany the proclamation of the European Republic with a live blog. For this we need YOU on the spot!

So anyone who lives in the neighbourhood of one of the initiatives and wants to blog live about the proclamation of the European Republic is very welcome.
